  • Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

    Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a grappling based martial art and comprehensive self defence system. BJJ uses superior leverage and technique to control and submit opponents through a series of pins, chokes and joint locks.

    The effectiveness of BJJ means that with a basic knowledge you can control and submit a much larger and stronger opponent than yourself. This is what makes this ideal for women.

  • LADIES ONLY BOXING

    Our ever so popular ladies only boxing classes is taken by our Lady Boss Jo Holt. She has 10 years plus in the industry helping ladies get into shape and improve self confidence. Open to everyone of all levels.

    You will learn technique, footwork, improve your cardio and more so just have a laugh watching Jo bust into dance mid class. It is a fun filled environment where everyone is made to feel welcome and part of the familia.

  • ADULT BOXING

    Our boxing classes are based in old school boxing techniques with a modern and exciting attitude. You will learn bag work, shadow boxing, and footwork and will guide you through a variety of core, cardio, and strength exercises.

    Boxing is well known to be one the toughest and most effective forms of training you can do. As well as giving you an absolute kick ass full body workout, Boxing will improve your hand eye coordination, self-confidence and make you feel fierce!

    As your skills improve, you can move on to more advanced training and supervised sparring.

    Most important thing is you enjoy it and have fun punching things!

  • KID'S BOXING CLASS

    Boxing for kids isn’t just a physical activity. The sport has many key benefits for children and young adults who are looking to develop physically, mentally and emotionally.

    Boxing is so much more than putting on gloves and punching a bag. It requires physical and mental discipline.

    It helps build self confidence, social skills, athletic ability and respect.

  • BOOTCAMP

    Our bootcamp workout is a type of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity.

    Our classes can include functional fitness, such as using whole-body and multi-joint exercises.

  • Personal Training

    Our personal trainers create one-on-one fitness programmes for you as the client, motivating and guiding you to achieve your goals.

    Whether you wish to lose weight or gain muscle our personal trainers will tailor a programme that suits your individual needs.
